As a part of its policies on free consumer access to internet services in the EU, the European Commission recently requested time.lex to conduct a study in relation to spam, spyware and malicious software. The Study contains up-to-date information on the actions taken in EU Member States by competent national authorities and by electronic communication network and service providers against spam, spyware and malicious software. It was drafted on the basis of answers obtained from time.lex' national correspondent network, spanning all Member States.
A full copy of the study can be found here, and the Commission's press release can be found here.
