Timelex is happy to welcome Magdalena Kogut-Czarkowska

As of 16 November 2020, Timelex is further strengthened by our newest team member, Magdalena Kogut-Czarkowska. Magdalena is a data protection, IT and intellectual property law expert, hailing from Poland, where she has worked for 14 years in the international law firm Baker & McKenzie. She is ranked by Legal 500 EMEA as a “rising star” and “next generation lawyer”.

She has top-level expertise in conducting GDPR compliance projects and trainings, representing clients in GDPR litigation, and providing strategic advice on data valorisation. She also has vast experience in advising on regulatory matters related to e-commerce and digital transformation projects, and handling complex IP negotiations and litigation.

At Timelex she also has a leading role in European research and innovation projects related to GDPR, artificial intelligence, e-health and digital innovation.
