Prof. Dr. Eleni Kosta is specialised in privacy and data protection law (GDPR), e-commerce, e-government, and human rights.
Academic activities and memberships
Eleni is a Professor of Technology Law and Human Rights at the Tilburg University in The Netherlands.
In 2011 she obtained a PhD in Law from the University of Leuven, Belgium, with a thesis on the concept of consent in data protection law, entitled Unravelling consent in European data protection legislation - a prospective study on consent in electronic communications.
