Since the second half of 2008, time.lex has been conducting a study for the European Commission into the legal framework for interoperable eHealth in European Member States. The study aims to identify and analyse the range of legal and regulatory frameworks for electronic health delivery and services in each Member State, and will propose recommendations to facilitate cross-border services when provided via eHealth applications.
Interim country reports, collected by time.lex via its correspondent network, are now available on the Studies part of the ICT for Health website.
